NanoLSI Assistant Professor (Jr.PI)  Satoshi Toda and Institute of Science and Engineering/NanoLSI Associate Professor Yoko Sakata have received The Young Scientists’ Prize from The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) . The awards ceremony will be held at MEXT on April 20th.
