The 40th Luncheon Meeting was held on Thursday, April 25, 2024.
The presenter this time was Assoc. Prof. Takeshi Shimi (Life Science) and Assoc. Prof. Yusuke Miyanari (Jr.PI) supported him as a chairperson.

Dr. Shimi said his first visit to NanoLSI was in 2022. He was invited by Prof. Wong to give a talk at the 6th NanoLSI Symposium in Kanazawa, Japan. Little did he know that less than a year later, he would be joining NanoLSI as a faculty. It was an honour for us to welcome him!
After a brief introduction, he spoke in detail about his research activities, including the progress of research using NanoLSI’s unique nanoendoscopy-AFM technology. Following the Q&A session, the attendees had the opportunity to ask questions, and it became a time for active discussion.
