Mr. Koichi Hagiuda, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology visited NanoLSI (10/23)

Minister Hagiuda had a talk with Koetsu Yamazaki, President, Takashi Wada, Vice President, and Prof. Takeshi Fukuma, Director of Nano Life Science Institute, and then visited the new research building of NanoLSI, which was completed on September 30.

He exchanged opinions with young researchers of the institute. The young researchers commented that “there is no better research environment than here in Japan” and “I would like to contribute to Japan through research.” Minister Hagiuda expressed his hope that “we would like to support motivated young researchers so that they can do their research with a firm footing.”
