The 62nd~63rd NanoLSI Open Seminar “Chromosome Structure & Dynamics” was held (11/14)
On November 14th, NanoLSI held the Open Seminar and 22 researchers and students participated.
During the seminar, Dr. Keisuke MIYAZAWA from WPI-NanoLSI, Kanazawa University and Kazuko OKAMOTO from RIKEN Center for Biosystems Dynamics Research presented their recent progress of the research on the development of 3D-AFM for visualizing 3D structures of chromosomes and the single molecular measurement of the relationship between chromatin diffusion and transcription. Their lecture provoked active discussion.
