The 65th NanoLSI Open Seminar “Fire and Water are Good Servants but Bad Masters” was held (12/2)
On December 2nd, NanoLSI held the Open Seminar at Cancer Research Institute, 4F Conference Room, Kakuma Campus, Kanazawa University and 54 researchers and students participated.
During the seminar, Dr. Tak W. Mak from University of Toronto, Ontario Cancer Institute, Pricess Margaret Hospital presented data about tumor development by alternative metabolism with IDH mutations, novel therapy targeting cell division, and unique immune response to cancer cells mediated by neurotransmitters. His lecture provoked active discussion.
