The 39th Luncheon Meeting was held on Thursday, February 15, 2024.
The presenter this time was Asst. Prof. Rei Yagasaki (Computational Science) and Assoc. Prof. Satoru Okuda supported her as a chairperson.

Dr. Yagasaki is from Tochigi Prefecture and introduced about the sightseeing spots and the local specialties.
The strawberry(Tochi-Otome) is very famous in Japan!
She also talked about her hobby and enjoys watching sports and prefer to watch the games on-site rather than on TV. And she plans to go to the Kokugikan for watching Sumo this year!
She also presented her research activities and the discussion was lively.
